Click on Add Settings from the Add Personalization section. You can turn off ad personalization by going to more options.

Whatsapp: Don’t get rid even by deleting app.
Data will be kept for 3 months.

Delete account, not app.
If you are not happy with the new policy of WhatsApp then you can not avoid it by just deleting the app. Personal information generated in the amount of time you used it will be present in the server of WhatsApp or say its proprietary company Facebook.
Go to the settings of WhatsApp. It will open through three points on the top of the app. Go to the accounts section. In this, you select the delete my account option.
Write your phone number here and click on the option to delete the account. It cannot be recovered later.
Facebook: Store data for 90 days
If it seems that Facebook can use arbitrary data, then it can be finished only by deleting the account.
How to delete an account.
Go to the Settings and Privacy section of Facebook on the right side of the app screen. Click on Settings here and click on your Facebook information in the Buy column.
Click on de activation and deletion.
Here select a permanent delete account and delete the account. Complete the process by filling in the password.
